ON Group’s friendly design team is fully equipped with the latest technology and is at your service. Our team helps you bring your product concept into digital realization by creating a 3D-CAD file. We can use any of your 3D files, existing parts, sketches, samples, or models and optimize them into a design for injection manufacturing. As well as your final part, the design process includes the precise digital creation of the part’s mould and any other manufacturing tools. In the event the mould and tools are designed and manufactured through a subcontracted maker in Europe or Asia, ON Group’s design team will liaise to ensure the mould’s and tools’ viability and its compatibility with our injection moulding machines.
