Founder & CEO

Anthony Riou is the Founder and CEO of ON Group, bringing with him an extensive 28-year tenure in the plastics industry. Before establishing ON Group in 2006, Riou amassed experience across various companies in both Europe and China. His professional journey encompassed diverse roles spanning production, design, consulting, and project management. Since assuming the role of CEO, Riou has been instrumental in steering ON Group’s expansion from China to France and subsequently to Russia.

ON Plast Director

Fabien Roux, serving as the Director of ON Plast, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With a background in quality development management spanning eight years, Fabien transitioned into project management, where he spent a decade specializing in the automotive industry.

Throughout his tenure as a project manager, Fabien served as the primary liaison between customers and suppliers, operating seamlessly at both technical and commercial levels. His extensive experience underscores his commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the success of every project undertaken by ON Plast.

With Fabien at the helm, ON Plast continues to uphold the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, solidifying our position as a leader in injection molding and assembly services.

Throughout his tenure as a project manager, Fabien served as the primary liaison between customers and suppliers, operating seamlessly at both technical and commercial levels. Sebastien GODDE

ON Group COO French sites

Sebastien Godde, serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for ON Group’s French sites, brings over 30 years of invaluable experience in metal tools for the transformation of thermoplastic and composite parts to our team.

Sebastien’s journey in the industry began as a mold designer, where he honed his skills and expertise for five years. His passion and dedication led him to progressively assume greater responsibilities, eventually overseeing the design office for tool design.

With a wealth of experience under his belt, Sebastien ascended to the role of Industrial Director for a prominent French mold maker, where he managed all operational services. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to team management, guided by his core values of work ethic, respect, and team spirit.

Sebastien joined ON Group at the beginning of 2020, bringing with him his wealth of knowledge and leadership acumen. His strategic guidance and emphasis on teamwork continue to drive excellence across ON Group’s French sites, ensuring the continued success and growth of our operations.

Theresa RIOU

Sales Export & Marketing Director

Theresa Riou, serving as the Marketing Director at ON Group, brings a wealth of international experience and accomplishments to her role. During her tenure at Asia Marketing, Theresa spearheaded the creation of Sino Chain, a specialized division dedicated to serving a furniture manufacturer in Asia with a focus on the North American market.

Aurélie GIRARD

Finance Admin Director

From Lyon in France, after a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and management control, she built her experience for 17 years in the same French group realizing 40M € in turnover in the industrial bodywork sector until 2018.
Her professional development, from general accountant to Administrative Manager and Group Accountant and now Financial and Administrative Director in the ON Group, characterizes her rigorous, hardworking and challenging personality.

China Operations Director

Liliya’s career began at Amer, one of the top Fortune 500 companies, where she gained valuable experience in the semiconductor industry while working in China. With her extensive background and knowledge, she joined ON Group five years ago and played a crucial role in the establishment of our office in Moscow, Russia.

In her current capacity as Russia Director, Liliya leverages her talents in sales, business development, business strategy, and project management to drive the success of ON Group’s operations in Russia.
