Anthony has been working in plastics for 22 years. Prior to founding ON Group in 2006, he worked with numerous companies, in Europe and China. His roles have been in production, design, consulting, and project management. As our CEO, he has overseen ON Group’s growth from China, to France, and to Russia.

Fabien was a quality development manager for eight years before moving into project management. As a project manager in the automotive industry, Fabien spent 10 years as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers at both the technical and commercial levels.

Sébastien has more than 30 years of experience in metal tools for the transformation of thermoplastic and composite parts.
He began his career as a mold designer for 5 years before taking on the responsibility of a design office for tool design.
Then, over the years of experience, he was responsible for all of the operational services of a large French mold maker as Industrial Director.
He likes team management with his value : work, respect and team spirit. He has joined ON group at the beginning of 2020.
Sales Export & Marketing Director
Theresa worked eight years for Asia Marketing where she created Sino Chain, a division of Asia Marketing for a furniture manufacturer in Asia directed toward the North American market. Theresa joined ON Group two years ago and is based in France. She has a degree in business administration.

From Lyon in France, after a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and management control, she built her experience for 17 years in the same French group realizing 40M € in turnover in the industrial bodywork sector until 2018.
Her professional development, from general accountant to Administrative Manager and Group Accountant and now Financial and Administrative Director in the ON Group, characterizes her rigorous, hardworking and challenging personality.
China Operations Director
After earning a Master’s Degree in management and finance, Nicolas’ curiosity brought him to China where he has gained 10 years of sourcing management experience. Now as ON Group’s China Operations Director, Nicolas advises colleagues and clients about finding the highest quality and best value raw materials for projects.

Kitty has worked with ON Group for over 10 years in multiple roles. She has experience in business development, supplier selection, KPI assessment, coaching, and team management. Kitty has a degree in business English and one of her specialties is the business and export policies of China.

Lili has two Master’s Degrees, one in economics and one in business English. She started her career working for one of the top fortune 500 companies in China, Amer, in the semi-conductor industry. She has been working with ON Group for five years. Lili was an important resource when opening of our office in Moscow, Russia. Now as our Russia Director, Lili exercises her talents in sales, business development, business strategy, and project management.
